Youth sports parents Jay and Micah Giles start producing professional sports-news broadcasts of youth sports, real anchors, real cameras, real editing, delivered to families on DVD.
The nation's first 24-hour youth sports channel
KSNN launches its national broadcast footprint in August of 2005, the first channel in the nation dedicated entirely to youth sports.
The broadcast years
KSNN programming reaches households through regional cable and satellite partners, covering everything from league play to national youth events with partners like Triple Crown Sports, Surf Cup, and the AAU. KSNN talent go on to various successful media careers throughout the industry.
The internet chapter
Same mission, new medium: a youth-sports newsroom online, stories, news, community moments from the stands, and The Story Award, our contest celebrating character over stat lines.
